The staff at Elkton Carpet and Tile, plus the installers they use are professional and friendly. I remodeled my kitchen using a local designer 2 years ago. They worked with her timeline and put in a new tile floor and then, at a later date, the backsplash. I could not be happier, the tile and the tile work is beautiful. I still get compliments. There have been no issues with the tile or the installation, their work is top notch. They were helpful in picking out coordinating tile to match the cabinets, countertops and paint we chose. I'm about to redo the bath and will be using them again.

I've had my carpet for nearly 3 years now. The initial install was ok with one exception, the installers left greasy hand marks all over my freshly painted bi-folding doors as they were re-installing them. On my stairs they left a rock that was picked up from their shoes under my carpet which they had to come back and fix. The carpet has lumped up 2 times and I've had to get them back out here to correct it each time. I now have another small lump in my hallway I will need to get addressed. I would never recommend this company to any of my friends and family.....EVER! Think twice before going to use this company and find yourself a more reputable source. Lastly, Chuck, who works in the office, isn't the most pleasant person to deal with. Definitely needs work on his customer service skills.

So this business is like so many of the other ones who will do anything to get your business and once they do they are done. I had my whole second floor carpeted and the installer did a very poor job laying it. In my hallway he left something under it because every time you walk over it you feel a lump. Then two rooms the carpet is wrinkling bad and needs attention. I have called several times and no one has showed up to come fix my carpet. I will think twice before using them again for any of my carpet needs.
