I have been trying to call this Groomer for months and left the message manny times, till today I never recieved any call back from them. This is not a good sign for the good bussiness. I would not recommend this Company.

Scheduled an appointment three weeks out, speaking to the owner and providing my contact information. The owner explained that I would get a text confirmation on the day before my appointment date and - should I not respond to this text - my appointment would be cancelled. The owner then verbally confirmed my appointment before stating that "Tiffany" would arrive onsite to provide the grooming services.

The day before my appointment, I did not receive the additional text confirmation. Therefore, I called to confirm - leaving a voice message. In addition, I also called the next morning (on the appointment date), forced to leave yet another message regarding my confirmation.

Having made the appointment three weeks prior to the appointment date (and having received a verbal confirmation and information indicating that "Tiffany" would be the groomer), I had no reason to believe that the company would not arrive at my home as agreed.

The company was a no-show. No call, no visit to my home - nothing. I took time off work to meet "Tiffany" at my home, and the company did not have the decency to show up, call, or notify me (by any means) that there was a scheduling issue.

UNACCEPTABLE!!

Not good business. I would not recommend this company to anyone who expects reasonable customer service and decency.

My wife and I want to HIGHLY COMMEND Sara on the absolutely terrific grooming she did for Sunshine, Auggie, and Jacque. She was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and cut the dogs exactly as we discussed. We'll be a returning customer for a long time to come and we'll be requesting Sara.

Best Groomer ever!!! She has been doing my wigglebutts (cocker spaniels) for the last 7 years. Exceptional with nervous and wiggly babies.

Groomer does excellent work. Prompt service. Great company to deal with.
