Beware of last chance storage on monday we got a storage shed the lady charged my credit card twice for a total of 115.00 she then reversed it because it was her fault mind you we were only paying 65.00 for one month! Its takes 3-5 business days to reverse a charge on a card therefore we agreed i would call her with info when it was back on my card! We went to the storage on Tuesday to put more belongings in the shed and returned thursday to continue putting stuff in. We noticed a second lock preventing us from doing so. Out of panic we thought someone else did this to come back and take our stuff.. it was after hours so of course we couldn't get ahold of anyone to resolve this issue. She called this morning the lady told her she put the lock on it because of no payment however it was her fault to begin with for double charging and payment of 115.00 was still not reversed . We didn't even get a call just to check if payment was reversed so we could pay just the 65.00 instead we got locked out of storage. Just to be curious we called around to other storages to get advice about the situation at hand and they told us that was not right at all.. even the paperwork stated you have a 10 day grace period before a lock is put on the unit ... just beware of the way they do business.. remember this isn't a case of late payment and the reversal just posted today. The lady informed us the lock had a red sticker it indicating a lock out however the front of the lock had no red sticker. However we still made a payment to them for taking of their lock and a month. I do not reccomend
