Pennsylvania College of Optometry, established in 1973, offers various graduate degree and certificate programs to students. It offers various programs in Master of Science in low vision rehabilitation, orientation and mobility therapy and vision rehabilitation therapy. In addition, the college offers programs in Master of Education in education of children and youth with visual and multiple impairments.
