A USDA inspector witnessed animal cruelty on Wilson Farm Meats premises.

The inspector described a General Manager twisting a cow’s tail to force him into restraints for slaughter, his cries audible and piercing.

The inspector witnessed the cow’s tongue hanging out and his eyes bulging from excruciating pain, only to be denied mercy by his abuser.

When the General Manager noticed he was being watched, the abuse stopped momentarily. When the USDA inspector stepped out of view, the cries were heard again.

After the cow’s death, the inspector discovered his tail bloodied and broken.
