Same thing happened to me... I gave Brad a $4000 check for 1/2 down on a roofing job in June 2014. So far all I've received is excuses why he couldn't start the job last year and spring this year. Now it's why he can't return my money...such as he had a child, he broke his foot, had surgery, was in jail. money tied up due to creditors. He's a con man, thief, liar and fraud. Brad is also BRS Construction in Elkhorn.

Horrible Person! Brad Frazer took a $1785 down payment on a roof he agreed to complete, but he never did. He now calls his fraudulent roofing business S & T Roofing and/or T & S Roofing. What a loser! He has multiple pending and closed cases on Wisconsin circuit court access; he owes over $60k in judgments.

Do not hire this guy-he is a crook! He took a downpayment on a window replacement job from us in June of 2014 and never did the work-and has not repaid the downpayment! Beware of this guy!
