I can't say enough about the quality of the service at Streamline. I have been to dealerships and small garages but this one is by far the most honest, trustworthy (and how many car repair shops can you say that about?) business I have encountered. As a woman, I have frequently been treated like I knew nothing about cars and was often pressured to "fix" things that were perfectly fine. The shop owner personally looks at each car and lets you know exactely what needs to be done now, what maintenance to expect coming up, and anything to watch for in the future. They're worth the drive, hands down. Their prices are reasonable, and their service is great!

I would recommend this shop because of the great service at a fair price. They told me exactly what was wrong with my diesel truck and got me back on the road in no time. They called me before they did any of the repairs and let me make the decision after they explained my options. I depend on my truck everyday for work and when it is down it costs me money in down time. Streamline takes care of the small bussinesses and keeps us rolling down the road. Thanks guys!!!!!!!

I just moved to Elk River and did not know where to take my car, I decided to check some of the local businesses out and found Streamline Automotive. Dave explained everything in terms that I could understand but the best part was he did it in such a way that I acctually understood what truly was wrong with my car and what I need to start keeping my eyes on. I was treated so repectfully and had such a friendly experience. What else is wonderful about Streamline, is that they do not try to up sell you things that you do not need, they told me everything that they found that was wrong with my car and explained what needed to be fixed first and what things I could fix down the road. Dave called me with the cost of the repairs before starting the work on my car, so that I could decide what work I could afford at that time. The biggest thing for me was Dave's exact phrase "It is not my job to spend your money or to tell you how to spend it." It was so nice to have someone who didn't force me to fix something when I couldn't afford it. Streamline is an honest shop who truly care about their customers and respect what decisions you make on the repairs for your care with no pressure to spend or fix things that don't need fixing. Thank you Streamline for the great, quick, honest, fair priced work that you have given me!!!

This was the best automotive shop that I have ever been to. I was treated extremely well and everything was explained to me in a way that I could understand it. They always let me know what was going on with my car and did nothing to it until they called with the price of the repairs and got my ok to continue working on it. I was extremely impressed with the fact that they did not try to up-sell me a bunch of work that was not needed and let me decided what I was going to fix, with no hassel or pushing me to do the other work. I was adviced on things that should be done in the near future and things that I should keep an eye on. Streamline is extremely fair priced and the quality of work is wonderful! I will continue to go back to the boys at Streamline to work on my car. There are very few places that I would trust with my car but this is a place to trust!!!!!!

This shop is under new owners, and I really like them!

They are really knowledgeable about a wide variety of vehicles, and Dave and Ricky don't pressure you. They explain what's wrong, what needs to be fixed, what can or cannot wait, and how much it'll be. Their rates are really reasonable and posted up front. They've also got one of the cheapest oil changes around - $21.95!

My car was done when they said it would be. I recommend this place to all my friends, especially because it's a local-owned shop, and I like to support local businesses.



Plus, if you're lucky, you'll see the owner's really cute black lab!

I can't say enough about the great service I have received from this garage. The new owner that took over last year has made a lot of improvements to this shop. They are honest in their appraisal of what needs to be fixed. They will tell you if there is something to watch for, but they don't pressure you into unnecessary work. My car is fixed when they say it will be and their rates are very reasonable. I have had work previously done at dealerships and paid 2-3 times as much. I won't go anywhere else for my auto repair needs now.
