Bad experience. The customer service here is terrible! The store owner may not even realize she is so rude but it makes for an uncomfortable akward experience. And in the end my persian recieved a patchy, rushed, unprofessional looking cut, for 80 bucks... I would encourage you to check out any of the many other options around. (Proud dog and 2 cat owner)
