I think this place is pretty low budget. We used them during an extended weekend, and were very disappointed with the service and dirty facilities, and their website isn't accurate at all. I can't prove it, but I think the dogs stay in their kennels way longer than advertised. We won't use them again.

I left my dog with Rin Tin Inn while I was out of town for a 10 day Vacation in March 2009. I gave them strict instruction (both written and orally) on how to administer daily medication for my dog. After 7 days of my dog in their care, Rin Tin Inn called me to tell me that my dog was dead! After the initial shock wore off,I tried to get more answers on how this could have happened, and they denied any responsibility and then refused to return my calls. After repeated attempts to contact the owners, finally I had a conversation with them and they were not sympathetic or compasionate at all. I found out that they were sloppy with his medications and couldn't even reassure me that my dog actually ate the tablets. They even insulted me by offering to pay for my dogs cremation fees IF, and only IF I signed a waiver releasing them of responsibility! PLEASE DON'T LET YOUR DOG STAY HERE! THEIR LIFE COULD BE IN DANGER! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
