Went in to sell a gun to a friend of mine. We are both LE. People there seemed confused on how to process the paperwork. While waiting around noticed that the prices here were SUPER inflated. Ex they had a Ruger Lcp 380 Custom, asking $399.00. I got the same gun at Elite Arms in Manteca CA for $215.00, LOL. My friend had his two children with him a 5yr old and 2yr old. 2 different sales people yelled loudly and rudely at his kids for touching things in the store, Seriously?? Then had the nerve to tell him not to bring them back when he returned to pick up his pistol. No wonder there was no one else in the store other than us. What Jackwagons. Never again!!!!

No offense but the service was rude and arrogant. They seem more interested in touting a surly attitude than customer service.

I recently bought a Bersa Thunder 380 from Wild Bill's and was very satisfied with the level of service and knowledge the sales group displayed. Their prices are lower than the other local gun shops, and I would definately buy from them again. I received a fair trade in value for a rifle I no longer used, much better than the offer I received from the other gun shop down the street.



My only negative comment is that the selection is not as large as some other places, but I am sure that they can order anything you could want.
