This guy is HORRIBLE! He took my money and then lost my case because he failed to show up for a hearing. He didn't submit a complete packet for my bankruptcy petition, and when he failed to show up to the hearing the case was dismissed. He refused to refund any of my money. Apparently he did this to several other people. In 2010, I read in the paper he was under investigation for fraud.

Do not use this firm or lawyer. He is not eligible to practice law as of 12/16/11. members.calbar.ca.gov/fal/Member/Detail/217467 It looks like he was reinstated on 2/16/12. We paid him to file a bankruptcy in 2010. The bankruptcy was never filed. We have requested repeatedly for him to file or return our funds. All we get is the run around. We have a complaint on file with the CA Bar that is being investigated. Please file against him if you've had money stolen from you too. A slap on the wrist is not enough. He needs to be disbarred!
