So, I guess I'm going to write another review about how the staff at Kenny G provided excellent service at no charge. I read a few reviews before I wrote this one and this seems to be a theme among reviews.



I order a loose diamond and custom setting online, then brought the ring and diamond to another jeweler to be mounted. The other 'so-called' jeweler (in Stockton) told me that my new diamond was incredibly flawed and damaged and not worth mounting. I was obviously upset because I had just spent $5000 on that diamond. Before returning the diamond, the company directed me to have it looked at by a gemologist in my area.



I brought the diamond in and the Kenny G's staff immediately realized my diamond was just dirty. They cleaned it for me, verified the GIA certificate, showed my diamond to me under their microscope and didn't charge me a thing.



They spend 30 minutes with me in the middle of the day and didn't make a single penny for their troubles. Amazing staff and it sounds like they do that a lot......very refreshing. Kudos! :)
