My father-in-law has had Bell pest control service for as long as I can remember and he recently moved out of the house but we still get their service. Recently I had to make a call in due to I still live in the household and I have a puppy a pitbull and I spoke to Rusty in customer service department and asked if they could put a notation in to call me in advance before they come because of my puppy I didn't want anybody getting hurt and I also want my puppy not to get taken away for biting somebody and Rusty did everything he could to put that notation in and make sure that I get a notice before they ever come. He was wonderful to speak to you and he handled the situation great and I appreciate him very much thank you Rusty you're awesome Bell pest control you're awesome to you
