I am completely horrified by the way I was treated by Ralph at the Batteries Plus Bulbs at 8239 Laguna Blvd #140, Elk Grove, CA 95758. As a business owner, and a gulf war veteran of 2 branches of the military, I have never been made to feel as I was today by Ralph. He accused me to trying to scam a return of a cell phone battery that I purchased at a Batteries Plus Bulbs on 7/23/16 at 6:13 pm. Why do I know that, because I have my original store receipt, I also have the original packaging. I am asking my entire network of friends, veterans, military members, business owners to not patronize Batteries Plus Bulbs in general, especially the Batteries Plus Bulbs in Elk Grove, where Ralph works! I do not want anyone to feel as they made me feel. I chose Batteries Plus Bulbs thinking that they are a good brand, you might be but the people that represent you are giving the brand a bad reputation. At this point, I would like to hear from the store owner and Ralph with an apology.
