While doctors Wolf and Yun are quite good once you finally get to see them, their office staff is horrid.



1) Appointments: Forget making one yourself. Appts are only taken "some time around the first of the month". When they do start making appts, there is a very narrow window before they're booked solid. The ONLY way to get an appt is to have your PCP call, which usually means another co-pay down the drain.



2) Paperwork: I have been a patient for 11 years, but am treated as new patient at every visit.



3) Runarounds: Every visit, the staff want something you don't have with you and weren't informed about in advance. This is never something you could reasonably expect to have.



4) Attitude: The staff act as if any little thing that they need to do for you is a huge favor. Doing the job they're paid to do included. I am not an insurance billing specialist, thank you. That's YOUR job.



5) Wait: And wait, and wait. My average wait time has been more than two hours to be seen, with an empty waiting room. One visit took 4 1/2 hours before I got 5 minutes with the doctor. I turned out the lights in the exam room and went to sleep.



There are now other Ear, Nose, and Throat doctors in the area. I would suggest you visit them instead.

Called for an OBGYN app when the Receptionist says I have the wrong Doctors number she then went out of her way to look through the Phonebook and provided me with 2 different good Numbers to call a OBGYN! Very Nice Staff!!!! you don't see that to often anymore.

I took my daughter to Dr. Yun to remove her tonsils and adnoids and he was excellent!! He was wonderful with her. My daughter was only 3 years old when she had her surgery and Dr. Yun was fantastic with her. I would not take her to anyone else. He was very understanding about everything. If I had any questions about anything related to her proceedure, he made sure to answer all of them. He was very thorough, and great with children.

Dr. Wolf did my daughter's surgery, she had to have her tonsils removed at age 5, he had to put her to sleep, and after gave her a liquid codien medication to help with the pain.

He is an ok Dr. doesn't have a very good bed side mannor, but how many Doctors do? He got the job done, but It was he** on me after, she would cry, and the medication didn't work that well, but that's all he would give her. If you plan on going to him make sure you ask your questions before the surgery, because after, he is no where to be found...A Very Busy Man!!!
