Love it and always will. In 2013 during an unknown, nearby fireworks show, my Lincoln was so scared he ran through his electric fence and was lost. We were distraught. The next day when staff showed up to open SRPP for the day, Lincoln was waiting!!! That's the best review any being can write!!! Lincoln LOVES all the humans there!

They take care of our dogs like they are their own. Knowledgeable, kind, honest and professional. We never worry about our furbabies when we are out of town because we know they are in excellent hands when they stay at Sam Russell's. Thankful to have this wonderful business in Elizabethtown!

My last day as an employee was today. I will never forget the wonderful souls I worked with, and everything I learned from them. I will carry what I learned with me. I will miss all of you and the wonderful fur babies I had the privilege to spend time with. Love and Light!

I really enjoy going to Sam Russells they have a good assortment of toys and Pet accessories and Stephanie has done a great job teaching my dog how to swim

Our Jack loves his grooming appointments here, so we tried them out for boarding while we were out of town. They were so accommodating and got us in last minute. We loved the little "report card" when we got home to our boy. Great place!

Thank you to all the staff at sam russells for taking care of Luke and Leia it made me feel so much better knowing they were in good hands while we were on vacation.

Our pug has the best time here. They are very caring and professional. He comes home happy and smelling great every single time. Thank you so much for being so accommodating and taking care of his needs. It is nice to be able to trust Sam Russell's. Definitely a top notch facility.

My girl loves Sam Russell's! She goes there every day that we are at work and she is always so excited to go in the morning and tired out in the afternoon. They treat her like she is there own dog and are so kind.

Great job taking care during spring break! I'm thrilled that she was able to have a lot of play/outside time and didn't spend the week in a cage. You all are terrific and we will be calling again in the future for boarding care. Thanks for all the love.

Sam Russell's is the best, they have a great facility and the staff go above and beyond to make sure each dog is taken care of. Remington and Barrett always love to stay here.

We love Sam Russell's, they take such great care of Khan when he is there for his weekly play day & I can't even discribe how much he LOVES his bi-weekly swim time! Recommend this for all of the pups that need to get rid of excess energy!

I had to board my dog moose for the first time a few weeks ago. I was so nervous about leaving her since I have only left her with family. But, my dog enjoyed her time and they did a fabulous job of taking care of my little fur baby! We took her to doggy daycare so she'd get used to it before we went which I'm sure helped easy her. I would definitely recommend others to take their fur babies here! The employees are so kind and sweet thank you for taking such good care of my fur baby!

I absolutely love Sam Russell! As a single working "mom" this is the perfect solution for me so I don't feel bad about my little baby being home alone all day. He comes home everyday completely worn out so I know he is getting plenty of exercise and activity. The facility is beautiful and doesn't smell nasty like a traditional kennel. The staff is also extremely professional.
The only reason I did not give them a full five stars is for their daycare hours. You have to pick up your pet by 6pm. This is extremely difficult for those that work at Fort Knox or Louisville and have a bit of a drive to get there. If they could expand the pick up time one hour or even just 30 minutes it would make things so much easier for the single professionals who don't have anyone else to help with their pets!!

Since moving back to Fort Wayne, IN we've missed Sam Russell's like crazy! They were the best place for our girl and we've had a hard time finding anything in our area comparable. Winnie misses all her friends!

My handsome and extremely busy boy prince loves to play at sam russels. He has done boarding as well. The first time I boarded him was hard for me. The staff reassured me and we're amazing. I recommend them to everyone. Best there is!!!!!!

My cat, Fred, has visited Sam Russells' several times and was happy every time I picked him up. They took excellent care of him and even sang his favorite song to him when he felt homesick. They also have a little shop available as well and I purchased his Christmas costume there...cute.
