Provided by YP.comWe had noticed termites in our houe and called E-Town Exterminating for help. They installed Sentricon Termite traps around the house. This system requires ongoing monthly monitoring during the warmer months to catch and respond to termite activity. The first year seemed to go ok. The technician would stop by during the day and leave us a card stating that they had or had not found any termites and any maintenance they had done on the traps. However, the past two years in particular the service has been horible. They have not left any cards telling what they did. I can tell that leaves were never moved that covered some of the traps and so they were not checked. On one ocassion I was home and saw the technician stop get out of his truck for about five seconds and then hope back in and left. That was it. I thought perhaps that they would come back later that day but he never did. I suggest calling some other company. Certainly, when I got my bill to renew service for the next year I decided not to renew and am instead going to call around and check with some other companies.
