I just want to start out by saying PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!! The customer service was good until you run into problems. They will do anything to get out of it, including lie about problems and call you a liar. I ordered a bedroom suite and after they lied about delivery date I told them I'd pick it up myself. I got the bedroom suite home only to find that the whole bottom had finishing problems. I called the main customer service and they were so nice and sent me a new one. The new was even worse than the original! The drawer was falling apart, so I asked them to leave me my old one. They did and when they bought my old one back into the house they put a huge scratch across my hardwood floors (what kind of moving men scoot furniture across hardwood floors?). They both apologized and asked what they could do to fix it, and I told them that I would call customer service and report the accident. They both apologized over and over and then left. Well time came to file a claim. After one appointment they did not show up to take pictures, I called and they said they could be here at the beginning of the next week. The next week comes and one of the same moving men came to take pictures. He apologized to me once again while taking pictures. About 3 hours after he left, Tim, the store manager, (horrible man; he is rude, hateful, and will call you a liar) called to tell me my claim been denied due to his men claiming that they did not scratch my floors, and they carried my furniture into and out of the house and there was no way they could have possibly caused any damage! They even stated that when they were delivering the furniture into the house they questioned me on how I could have possibly scratched my floor so bad!! (really?!?) Called customer service and they stated that they could not have scratched my floor because they stated that they carried it the whole time, and there is a table over one of the scratches and how did they scratch under my table in the hallway. I don't know how big your hallway is but mine is not big enough to leave my accent table in the hallway while they moved the furniture in, so it wasn't there when they came, but somehow (to Badcock) that is impossible I could have moved that table back there after they left. If you do not anticipate running into any problems (like buying a small table or something small) then you can go here, but if you are purchasing anything of high value DO NOT PURCHASE HERE!!! Bad quality furniture, good prices, and bad customer service when it matters.
