Sean sold me my new fridge. Price was great and service fantastic!! Drimmers is my new go to place for appliances.

From the moment he answered my call, till my Subzero was delivered,he was accessible and concerned about providing me with the best price and service available. Even late into the night he replied to my emails and tamed my concerns.My only regret is that I did not find them earlier! I think I went everywhere in the tri state area looking for the best deals on high end appliances. When I found drimmers in Elizabeth I stopped looking. They were all friendly and worked together. It's been a while since I have seen such teamwork. I was very impressed to say the least. Best of all, we got the lowest prices on all the things we wanted and delivery was FREE!! I have recommended all my family and friends and whoever I hear needs anything from laundry to built in appliances and in between. It doesn't hurt to ask! You will be happy.

I highly recommend Drimmers New Jersey outlet--seriously, just buy all your appliances here, as it is far and away the best appliance supplier I have ever dealt with. Aaron went above and beyond in delivering the very best customer service--he provided lots of personal attention and advice, and he cheerfully responded to all my questions and personally monitored our order and very competently dealt with various challenges we encountered in selecting a refrigerator that would fit in our kitchen and through a small doorway in our house. Their prices are better than the competition. Their delivery and installation guys are very professional and they handled a very challenging delivery job perfectly. I never write reviews, but I have been so impressed with Drimmers New Jersey outlet that I feel compelled to recommend them to others.

Aaron was my sales person...for months! He has been, and continues to be so helpful. We built new, so I wanted high end appliances but for the best value I could get. I didn't just want to pay for a name brand. With Aaron's help......Drimmers NJ delivered outstanding products at the best price out there. Ultimately, I just took his word on everything and he was right. I wanted the best value for my money and he advised accordingly. I love my appliances. Over the course of a few months he has spent many hours on the phone with me comparing products, updating/revising my order, and then arranging, postponing and rescheduling deliveries! With new construction it was a moving target. I received exceptional customer service the whole time. Great experience! I originally went to their website because they had a "scratch and dent" section. I had my heart set on a dishwasher that was out of my price range. Retail is $ 1350 and refurbished was the only way I thought I could afford it. Big box stores routinely offer it for $1169 plus tax and shipping. Scott at Drimmers called to respond to my email and we got down to $1025! And since I'm out of state I did not pay tax and shipping was free - for a brand new one! I couldn't even get a refurbished one from sears outlet for that price! Showed up at my door in perfect condition just 2 days later. Would absolutely do business here again! Can't wait for my washing machine to break! :)
