last mothers day I orderd flowers from this company to my wife. They promised to deliver them but she never got them because they completly forgot. I understood it was a bussy day so I called them in order to get my money back. The told me that they will give my money in 24 hours. 3 weeks have passed already and I still calling them because they haven't returned my money to my account. They don't want to give me any cash either so I understand that they don't want to help me.

it was the worst service I ever get.....
