First of all, I'm not a paid endorser, nor affliated in any way with Greenlee's. I just wanted to get the word out on a local business that does excellent work, has ethics, and doesn't gouge the customer. Working on a 46-year-old Jaguar XKE is tough enough, but the willingnes to addres the learning curve of knowledge to do the job -- and do t right -- speaks to the work ethic, integrity, and follow-through exhibited by Greenlee's. Headed by Tom Greenleee, the owner, he oversaw the restoration work with a fair but firm hand in meeting deadlines, allowing me to bring in my own parts, and working with my budget. A beer budget and champagne tastes can make for a toxic cocktail,but Tom didn't let that happen. The main work was done by Rich Boyer, a master mechanic, who knew little about XKE's but who took up the challenge with verve, gusto and an unswerving atention to detail. I would highly recommend Greenlee's for solid work done by pros at very reasonable prices.
