After leaving a local hospital in Elizabeth City my husband and I decided to eat at BK. We approached the drive thru at 10:38pm and placed our order. We ordered tea and a milkshake and were told that neither was available at that time of night. So, we made other selections. We both ordered whoppers and waited more than 10 minutes for our order. We could not understand why we had to wait because there were no customers inside the restaurant nor before or behind us in the drive thru. As we waited we noticed an employee in the BK lobby on his cell phone while the employee who serviced us was rapping to himself as he waited for our food. There was a large sticker posted on the drive thru which says "if you are not satisfied with your service you can reach the manager of the restaurant". Was it by coincidence the information had not been filled in by the manager before posting? I think not. Of course, after the long wait and driving off the meat was over cooked. Go figure! Never Again!
