First off it was so loud we couldn't hear ourselves, but what was really a problem was when our order came, it was all wrong. The hamburger wasn't fixed how I asked it to be. It was not hot, partially cold, and my the other order for Italian beef was barely warm.

I love Portillo's. Best malts and best chocolate cake ever. Food is fabulous and service is particuarly fast in the drive through.
