My husband and I joined the Fortune Builders mastery program in August of 2015.this is a Real estate investment mastery program and community. I bought and renovated my first home in 2002. An adorable 1923 craftsman house. It was a full gut and 100K rehab. I have leased it since we got married in July of 2014. We bought our second income property in Sept 2016. We look to buy distressed houses in the Los Angeles area and make them beautiful again.
