It’s getting more & more rare to find a service company that actually knows what they’re doing, combined with a sense of integrity. With that in mind, we feel very lucky to have found this one. We’re a property management company. Part of this industry involves dealing with constant property resident complaints, including those involving pest issues. We began our association with Best Pest Control Co. several years ago, after going through numerous exterminator companies that just didn’t seem to have the ability to solve many of the pest issues we have to deal with, and/or lacked a professional level of integrity. This pest control company has gone a long way in restoring our faith in the fact that there still are some companies out there with these qualities. We manage 50+ properties, and over the years, we’ve thrown just about every pest issue known to man kind at Best Pest. Their performance has been stellar. Most challenges that we presented to them were solved in their first attempt, and in the seldom instances where they weren’t, this company has never offered excuses in place of repeat, (successful), attempts at issue resolution. This is why this company has been our sole exterminator, (except for termite issues), for so long, and will continue to be far into the future. As if all of the aforementioned isn’t good enough, the frosting on the cake is that they’ve switched to green/organic/natural materials and tactics in their endeavors. Beside the obvious benefits of such, it occurred to us that it substantially reduces any liability where providing tenants with pest control services is concerned. We highly recommend Best Pest Control Exterminator Company to anyone needing a truly professional pest control company’s assistance, and would prefer that pesticides were not used.

When it comes to the extermination of fleas this pest control company is the bees knees! O.k., a little corny, I admit. But it’s true. After seeing a bunch of awesome reviews about this exterminator my husband asked me to give them a call. Once again, my hubby proved his brilliance and his willingness to accept his limitations. He had tried to rid our home of fleas for a couple of weeks before admitting that maybe we needed the help of a professional exterminating company. Don’t worry honey, you’re still my hero. Anyway, these guys WERE awesome. They were friendly as heck on the phone and in person. They actually showed up on time. And, best of all, they won the battle that we couldn’t. No more fleas. Yay!! Me and my hero both recommend this pest control company. Oh, yeah, so does my brother and sister-in-law. We referred these guys to them when they had ants driving them nuts. Guess what? Their sanity was saved by this company! Yeah, a little exaggeration here, but you get the point.

Unlike us cops, these guys take no prisoners. We had a rat invasion in our home and after trying to defeat the problem myself for weeks, I succumbed to the realization that I was in need of the help of a professional exterminator. Upon looking up pest control on the net, I read a lot of really great reviews about these guys on this and other referral sites. I called, they came, problem solved! I can see how they got all those great reviews. What I couldn’t accomplish in weeks, using just about everything available to the general public, this pest control company accomplished in one visit to our home! They come highly recommended by me, and even more so by my wife. Having this pest control company out to exterminate the rat infestation was almost as good for our marriage as renewing our nuptials would’ve been, (o.k., maybe a bit of an exaggeration)! Suffice to say we’re BOTH glad that they’re gone. Need an exterminator? I suggest this pest control company.

We were inundated with bedbugs & roaches. My husband hunted around on the internet & noticed that this company had rave reviews on several different sites. We decided to go with them & crossed our fingers. Within a week of their first attempt of ridding us of the problems, nary a roach was to be found within the entire 10 units of our apartment building. However, they did have to come back a second time to touch-up in order to put an end to the last of the bedbug stragglers. From what we’ve read on the internet & have heard from other companies, it’s not uncommon for bedbug elimination to require as many as from 3 – 10 attempts before they’re totally gone. This company did it in 2 visits… We can’t complain about that. My husband & I were very happy with this company’s service & would recommend them to anyone.

I'd like to thank Best Pest for helping us get rid of our Bedbugs. It was a horrifying experience for our family, waking up every morning with new bites. Best is our hero. They lived up to everything we've read about them on this site and others. They're friendly as heck on the phone and in person. They were very good at calming our concerns over this problem. Best of all, they got rid of the nasty little buggers!

If a service company successfully & effectively provides what it promises in its advertising and/or over the telephone, they're worth referring to folks on this and other referral sites. Based on this, we highly recommend Best Pest. They've been maintaining our apartment buildings since 1989. They've been very successful in giving our tenants one less reason to bug my husband.

It’s sometimes difficult to find a reliable service business out there, in today’s world. However, there’s one company that has gone a long way in restoring our faith in the idea that there are indeed actually some businesses out there that actually provide what they advertise. We called Best Pest Control Company after talking with several pest companies on the phone, all of which we found on this, and/or other referral sites. Right from the beginning of our telephone conversation, these guys just seemed to sound more professional, and knowledgeable about their industry. They were willing to answer questions that others just balked at. All of this, combined with the fact that they had so many more positive reviews on various sites than did most of the other companies we spoke with prompted my husband and I to give them a try. We had them come out to attempt aiding us in our longstanding battle against ants and silverfish. They were on time for their appointment with us, and answered all of our questions that we fired at them They won the battle on their first attempt. We didn’t see a sign of either of these problems for months. Eventually the ants came back, but that was understandable after so long. We’ve had Best Pest back to our home several times to battle various infestations since that first meeting. They’ve yet to disappoint us. Highly recommended.

Over the years We've tried the services of several exterminator companies, some of which are listed on this site. None of these companies came close to Best Pest in knowledge of their industry; effectiveness in solving our pest problem(s); courtesy and professionalism, both on the phone and in person; or willingness to take the time to explain why they did what they did in their attempts to solve our pest problem(s), and why we had the invasion(s) in the first place. Every time we asked Best Pest for their assistance, they were able to solve whatever pest problem(s) we called them out to help us with on their first attempt. They are definitely our exterminator service for life, both at our home and at our rental properties. We'd recommend them to anyone.

When a company is friendly on the phone, shows up on time, and successfully accomplishes what it promises in its advertising and/or on the phone, they're top notch in our book. Best Pest Control Company has earned a top notch status where my husband an I are concerned. They're everything I mentioned above. It's been abou 5 months since we called them to help us rid our apartment building of rodents and roaches. Not one tenant has complained about either pest since. We recommend them highly.

Finally, a company you can depend on. They're always on time, always seem to be capable of ridding whatever problem they're called for, and they always are friendly and act professionally. Even our hard-to-please tenants of our rental properties love these guys! They come highly recommended by us.

These guys know how to properly run a service business! They’re friendly and informative on the phone, they’re on time for their appointments with us or our tenants 99% of the time, and they really seem to know what they’re doing… usually correcting whatever problem we, or our tenants, call them about on their first try at it! As you can imagine, between our home and several apartment properties, we, or our tenants, call them about a variety of different pest invasions. Their capability to quell these invasions in short order really impresses us. We’re happy to share our long standing experience with this company with anyone needing the assistance of a good pest control company. We really appreciate their professionalism.

f you have unwanted critters in your home, do I have a recommendation for you! We've been using the services of Best Pest Control for years, and for good reason(s). They're always friendly on the phone, making you feel that they're actually glad to hear from you. We're impressed with the fact that they always seem to manage to show up at our home when they say they will. You don't see much of that in these times. But, most importantly, they apparently know what they're doing. When we call them out to do battle, they usually win that (those) battle(s) their first try. As long as we live in So. Cali, and have to deal with unwanted critter visits to our home, we'll definitely be clients of Best Pest Control Co.!

After reading reviews of this and other pest control companies, we decided to give this company a call to ask their help in getting rid of our rodents, wasps, and bedbugs. They were very friendly on the phone and sounded like they actually might know what they're doing. They showed up when they said they would, which in of its self is impressive these days. More importantly, in the 3+ months since their visit, we have yet to see any sign of any of the 3 pest problems we asked their help with. My wife & I certainly understand now why they were voted "best of the best" of exterminators in the South Bay area. You can bet that the next time we experience ANY pest invasion we'll be calling these guys again.

I called several pest control companies listed on this site and others. These guys sounded the most professional to me. They sounded more knowledgeable, friendlier, and more willing to answer my questions. We decided to have them over to help rid our home of rodents, bedbugs, and silverfish. We obviously made the right choice. That was approximately 4 months ago, and we haven't seen or heard any sign of any of the 3 pest problems that they did battle with. No doubt in our minds that these guys are the best choice. We understand how they were voted "best of the best" of pest control companies.

I suggest only using this company if you absolutely want your pest problem(s) solved the FIRST time they attempt to help you. I've been using these guys since 1987, both at our home and at our apartment buildings. They've yet to disappoint us. They show up when they say they will, ask what questions they feel they need to while they look over the situation, then go to work solving the problem(s). They're good, that's all I'm trying to say really. They'll always have my vote of confidence.

For months I battled my ant problem in my home, using Raid & other over-the-counter products. Needless to say, I failed, and finally gave up. I called Best Pest Control Company. They were friendly & helpful during our phone conversation. I decided to have them continue the battle. Well, the so-called battle was over after Best's first try. Best Pest - 1; ants - 0. It's been 3 or 4 weeks and I've yet to see an ant inside or outside my home. Between the above, and the rat invasion that they helped me with about a year ago or so, Best Pest Control has become one of my heroes! They come highly recommended from me.

This business restored my faith in service companies. They were professional, yet friendly, both on the phone and in person. They arrived at our home when they said they would, and got rid of the ants that were the first thing that greeted us all over the kitchen sink and counter every morning. I was at my wits end when I called these guys. But, as their website promises, they indeed brought us peace of mind, at least where this problem was concerned. Thanks Best Pest!

My husband made numerous gallant attempts to stop the invasion of rodents in our home. Exasperated, he finally gave me the go-ahead to call a professional exterminator. After checking the listings on different referral sites, and calling several companies, I decided on Best Pet Control. They seemed friendly & knowledgeable on the phone. They actually arrived at our home when they said they would, during our phone conversation. Upon arriving, the guy tried to make my husband feel better about not being able to stop the problem himself, assuring him that rodents aren't an easy adversary. Then the guy went to work, figuring out why we had the problem and what he would do to stop it. He asked questions, looked over the entire interior & exterior of our home, and just generally struck my husband & I as very knowledgeable. He even told us why the problem persisted and what needed to be done to foil the furry invaders. We gave him the go-ahead to work his magic. Well, it' been 3 weeks since then and after a day or two after Best's visit all signs of the unwelcome guests have ceased. They apparently really know what they're doing. My husband and I are really impressed & recommend this company to all who read these reviews.

As I stated above, we think Best Pest Control is everything a service (and exterminating) company should be. My husband and I were both very impressed by this service business. They were friendly on the phone when we called, they showed up on time per their appointment that we made with them, and got rid of our ants & fleas on their first try at it!! We're not really sure what more you could expect or hope for from a service (and exterminating) company. We're happy to take the time to offer this review of our positive experience with Bet Pest Control.

We, (well, o.k., I) was tired of the ants all over the kitchen sink & counters every freakin morning! I give my hubby credit for trying, but he's an accountant & not the handiest around the house. We finally called around to some exterminators we found online. I gotta tell ya, most of 'em sounded like morons on the phone, (including the big companies). Best Pest sounded like they might actually know what they were talking about (quite informative, actually). So, we set an appoint with them to come out and give it their best shot. Well, that was aprox. a month or so ago, and we haven't seen an ant on our property, (inside or out), since Best came & did battle. Between our experience with them, and what I've read on the internet sites about them, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to refer them to anyone!
