I went in to pick up my ring that I had sent out my engagement ring that my fiancé had purchased there with lifetime warranty, and it turned out the "jeweler" mixed up the rings. So when the sales woman gave me the ring it didn't fit and I could tell by the diamond that it wasn't my ring. The manager called the jeweler who denied the mistake so the manager basically told me this was my ring and I needed to sign that I picked up my ring and leave I was crying hysterically and was telling him it wasn't my ring he threatened to call security on me, he's 6'2 and I'm 5'3 I must have really been scary, anyways hours later after my fiancé came in to discuss the matter with him the jeweler called back and said yes he had mixed up the rings and mine was in Las Cruces. The point is everyone other then the nice sales associate at this Zales are horrible. The manager is a unprofessional, rude and mea person.
