Food is always great no matter which location. So this 1 star review is just regarding the service at this particular location. I've been to a few locations around town but staff and service was just plain horrible. First I was not even greeted the girl up front kind of just passed me and went about whatever busy work she was doing. I sat myself at the bar and the bartender already looked annoyed not even a smile. Her face was stuck in that my crap doesn't stink position. I noticed it was pretty much like that with all the other patrons that were sitting at the bar as well. She got my drink order and never offered a menu. Being a regular customer at some of the other locations I pretty much knew what I wanted. So before she tried to rush off after dropping off my drink my put my order in. I finished my one and only drink and was never asked again if i needed another not even a water. I first gave her the benefit of the doubt that she may have been busy. But after refilling multiple drinks right in front of me with my empty glass clearly in sighy it became the "I want to see how long it takes for her to ask" game. Food came out quick and was great even after dropping off my order she did not ask if I needed anything else. I sat and ate for maybe another half hour and still never got another drink or a check in to ask if I was ok. I asked for the check and got out of there so that I could get go somewhere else to quench my thirst. Again food was great service was just plain bad. Retraining definitely needed especially with bartender (s)

You know it's bad when management is just as lost as the wait staff. Seriously you come to my table and ask me what's wrong and then say your going to fix it and nothing happens. 10 minutes later the waitress comes by and asks what else we need. What happened to our order the manager had taken. Nothing. Please if your going to run a restaurant make sure your management know about customer service.

These are my favorite wings, however the airway restaurant is the worse! They always mess up! I kept trying to see if they would get better and because its closer but ugh I rather just drive east or west!!
