My dog has been groomed here for the last 5 years and I have never had any issues. They take care of his hair cut and he always looks nice and spiffy. Thank you for taking care of our Gordo!

Terrible customer service, did not perform what was paid for.

I noticed a couple of ticks on my dog, who I take everywhere with me, so, of course, this is unacceptable. I took her to Vom Baron for a flea and tick dip. The first time, they admitted that they didn't dip her at all, even though I paid for it. When I took her back, they said they performed a dip, but there are still live ticks on my dog, and the owner refused to do anything about it.

I was ecstatic with the results of my Shih Tzus' grooming. He is very difficult when it comes to bathing and trimming his hair. The employee did great handling him and was very kind and loving towards my pup. They also had great customer service and were very kind to everyone. I HIGHLY recommend Vom Baron Grooming. You will not be disappointed!

I am very pleased with the grooming that is always provided for my 3 babies. They always come home HAPPY, CLEAN and BEAUTIFUL. Oh yeah and they smell Great too. I highly recommend Vom Baron.

Stay away, far away. The groo...

Stay away, far away. The groomers have no communication about services. After making an appointment the froomer was 3 hours late for the other 3 hours they botched his hair cut. I had to remind them to put the tic and flee medicine on, they took him back to do it. When we got in the car I checked his ears which were never done. I once again brought him back in from the car. When I got them back they hardly been touched and I just did them at home. I have met many dog owners recommended other places to me thaqt can do the job well, i asked the owner to call me about this situation and she didn't bother calling. Go to a professional instead of her comments back to anyone who says she is a lousy groomer.

They are caring, knowledgeable...

They are caring, knowledgeable, very professional, great groomers, clean and my babies LOVE THEM!!! I will never go anywhere else, Oh yeah and there prices are very reasonable. I personally think they should charge more.

Love your pet? Don't go here!

My dog wasn't even washed. I know what he looks like after being washed and he wasn't washed. I asked for a bijon cut and he came out like a poodle and he had big chunks of hair missing. He wasn't matted so why were big chunks missing? The front reception area was filthy. This was my first time to this shop and I won't be going back even if I have to drive across town to another groomer

First off I seriously doubt you even own a Bichon (BTW thats the correct spelling) most owners know the correct spelling of their pets breed. Second, we have LOTS of people come to us with Bichons because they brag about how we do wonderful Bichon cuts and that we don't go leaving them looking like poodles. So I really doubt this accusation is true. Another thing I failed to mention we ALWAYS bathe the pets before grooming them because it's easier and better on the pet and our blades. Now I'm almost positive that I know who it is that is posting this false accusation, but I will find out and I will take legal steps for defamation which is illegal. Oh yes and I almost forgot at one point the front area was not as clean as we would have liked it to be due to the pets we were selling,but for that reason we NO LONGER have pets for sale and the shop once again is nice and tidy. I would also like to mention that we have a perfect record with the BBB and anybody could look up that information. Thank you

FALSE ACCUSATION about Lost Dog

I am not sure who wrote that review but it is a FALSE accusation. We are members with the BBB and if that statement had been true it would have been reported to the BBB. You could look at our complaints and we have NONE. In the 3 years that we have been open there has been NO complaints, ZERO. I am assuming that this false accusation was probably placed by a competitor. It's a shame that people have to resort to lying about other people to make them feel better about themselves. This is NOT the first time that a FALSE accusation has been posted, but again check with the BBB. They lost my dog

Somehow they lost my dog. I don't know how but they told me it escaped and ran away. For a day and a half, they tried to look for it without any success. I didn't hear from them after that day. I won't go back to that location with my other pet.

What a wonderful experience

I was so pleased with the grooming they did on my dogs. FINALLY someone got it right. I had been to several other groom shops and they never groomed my dogs the way I wanted it done. They really helped me out the first time I took my dogs in, it was a friday and I had just had my dogs groomed at Doggy Dearest they did a HORRIBLE job on my dogs, it was embarrassing. I just started to cry when I saw them. They were all chopped up and uneven and they smelt worst than when they went in. I was going out of town the next day and I didnt want people to look at them and laugh....so I started making calls to friends that also have pets. The name Vom Baron Grooming came up so I called them, it was a little after 4:00pm and they took my dogs in with no problem, and thats that they were busy. Well when they called me to pick up my dogs I just prayed that they were atleast not going to be laughed at....... to my surprise they came out looking AWESOME and smelling GREAT. I will definately let people know about the great service and grooming my dogs received. THANK YOU VOM BARON
