Vivar's Villa del Mar is one of the oldest seafood restaurants in the Juarez-El Paso area in Texas. Established in 1967, it offers a variety of appetizers, entrees, sandwiches, soups and salads for lunch. The restaurant provides shrimp quesadillas, shelled oysters, baby eels and mashed potatoes.
