I called the store to ask a simple question - if they have in stock the charger for my phone, since I lost mine. The salesgirl put me on hold to look, and presumably forgot me. I hung up after 15 minutes of waiting. I know this happens but it is really annoying. When I called back it took the next person less than a minute to find out. I only called in the first place to save me the trouble of driving down there and waiting to talk to an associate only to find out they don't have it.
