TSO has been one of the opticals that has the best service. All of my children have gotten their glasses with them and there has been no problems with them. As a matter of fact, one of my children has broken her glasses about 5 times this year and they have replaced them with no additonal charge to me. I recommend this optical to anyone and everyone that is need of glasses.

The staff and doctors here are strange. They act like they are bored and don't want to be there. The guy who sells glasses is very nice, though. The rest of the staff, to include the doctors, are just borderline rude. I have seen two doctors there and they are both the same. Very dry and not conversational or pleasant. But, I can see in the contacts they sold me. So they did their job fine. Just no someplace you really ever want to go to again.
