On my previous review, I complained on quality of the manicure done by one of their employees. The manager I spoke to the following afternoon had blown off my complaint. The following week I was able to speak to the spa's owner and she apologized for the manager's poor customer service. She offered another free manicure and $50 gift certificate. The main thing is that she acknowledged my legitimate complaint. She understood the importance of customer service. PS--The pedicure did last many weeks.

Friday morning my daughter and I went to get a manicure/pedicure at the Dyer location. Around noon my daughter noticed that the nail polish on her toenails was rubbing off. The next day, Saturday morning I noticed that the nail polish on some of my fingers was chipped, falling or fallen off. That afternoon i went to talk to the manager. She said this was to be expected because I had not gotten a gel nail polish manicure. I told her my at home manicures lasted longer than theirs had. She did not seem to care. Poor response to a legitimate customer complaint. Waste of money. Lousy customer service.

I went in for a facial and the ladies at front desk were very nice as were some of the house keepers (I was asking their opinion on the spa and what they recommend) However unfortunately I apparently got stuck with the one person in that spa that is not nice! She sped through my facial and was constantly rude to me I tried to ask her a few things about the products she was using but she left before I could even finish my sentence, it is my understanding that she was finishing up another facial while she was still working on time. I felt robbed of my time it was ridiculous. Aside from her everything else was very nice, I didn't catch her name so I can't tell you exactly who it was but she was VERY rude. My experience was not pleasant simply because of that woman.

My husband and I have been to touch discount spa, the first time being a great experience. The last time we went it was for full body massages and it was the worst experience in our life! The owner kept on coming on and interrupting our massage! Not to mention we were naked and she kept on leaving the door open! To make matters worst! Other employees kept on coming into our room while in the middle of our massage!

Unlike the people below, i had an awful experience there!
The front desk was nice, gave me my paperwork to fill out and i sat down.
After a while my technician came out and said "are you ready?" no asking my name, or introducing herself, I still have no idea what her name is.
I followed her back to the room, as it was my first time getting lash extensions I assumed I would get some information on the process, how to take care of etc. this was not the case, she didn't even talk to me the entire time. She did however make 4 phone calls! All were on speakerphone, but 2 of them she had the phone on the bed right next to my ear! Thank goodness they are only so loud, so i didn't go deaf, but it was loud and annoying, but shes messing around near my eyes so i didn't say anything. Then when shes done she hands me a disposable flip flop and tells me i can use that to fan my eyes cause it will continue to burn for another half hour or so. Seriously? a flip flop? and where was that information when i called to make the appointment?? I asked how long it would take, i was told just a half hr, not that it would take an additional half hour before i should even drive! I shouldn't of drove, but i didn't have a choice.
I called the manager(not sure that's who i really talked to though) and told her about the phone calls and she said "um sorry..... ill umm....... tell her not to do that" with a response like that i didn't see the point in mentioning the rest of the bad customer service.
BTW it is now 3 hrs after my service and my eyes still burn!
Also they advertise multiple colors, and when i made the appointment i asked what colors and they said the normal colors and bright colors like purple and such, which they said they had all in stock, which they did not!
I only went cause i had a gift card, I will never ever go back!

I scheduled an appt with a certain person and I got someone completely different. The pedicurist was very rough that she scratched my legs and hurt one of toes. The conversation between the employees was inappropriate in front of me.

Front desk ladies always rude. I'm a teacher come here all the time. Ever Since beginning of the year new girls on the front desk not very nice, always in a bad mood. Recommend changing front desk employees. Make an appointment and not anounced.

I've lived all over the globe and always get waxed. A lady named Angie just did my whole face for $30 ( Thurs special) & my underarms $20. Couldn't be happier! Highly recommend!
