The service is horrible, the did not fix my bike after more than a month and a half, cause all the staff went out on vacation for aweek and finally I just picked up my bike, I was about to do something stupid but I decided to not to, they are doing other bussinesses there. No rating for the service.

What can I say, I found them to be helpful, courteous, knowledgeable, and reasonable (like half of what the locals in Las Cruces charge)...We have had three of our bikes serviced there (new fork seals, and new springs), and have been very happy with the results....I like that they take the time to explain the repair, and give you options with respect to which aftermarket parts will work best with for your situation.
