Great place. Have had 3cars tinted and my office. Quality.

Shopped around a few places and ended up getting my new kickers and a custom box here last weekend. Prices were cheaper than anywhere else. Boxes were good build quality too. Didn't want to wait on a weekend but saw a lot of cars getting tint jobs so I plan to go back for a tint soon.

As I stand around for the third hours I'm kicking myself for not taking it to real professionals. Totally unacceptable wait times and employees who have the work ethic of a Greek!

Terrible Service and long waits...

After 2 hours of waiting for them to work on my car, and after an hour after of them working on my car, the employee came telling me they under charged me, saying the owner, Mr Wong, needs to charge me more for the work that I needed. Owner and employee argued right in front of me wich was unnacceptable. After waiting for about 4 hours, they still didnt finsh the back window saying if I could come back later. Very unproffesional and terrible service. Leaving the shop I still noticed work was done terribly wrong on the windows they did finish. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO TEXAS BOOM BOX.

They had everything that I wanted from my underbody kit to my subwoofers that I wanted and it was for a better price than other places.

i bought a underglow kit the issue is i installed it at texas boom box the install was crappy twice it fell third time i took it it was skipping colors when i took it back they couldnt find why then they tried to charge me for it so i left it at that was missing with it today and it still was all jacked so i said let me look around i notice that this guy installed the kit close to the muffler so the pipe of the muffler burned it bad so do to a crappy install my kit is shot! ANY SUGGESTIONS?



***BUYER BEWARE***

The tint jobs are also very inexpensive but mine only lasted a little over 1 year (with 1 year warranty) the tint faded to the point where there was no more tint left at all. Very cheap paper. Who ever heard of temporary window tint on a vehicle??



I called and one of the employees said bring it in but not on a Saturday, because we are too busy..???



Have they heard of customer service? The customer should be able to return when they want and get taken care of as any other customer, no thanks, I take my business elsewhere and I do not recommend this place for anything.

if you are planing to go here do it for high end products only all that other crap like tnt and x plore and all the other brand no one has ever heard of like la power dont waste ur money also if you can have a box made somewhere else do it i had them make me a box and it wasnt all it was cracked up to be i had to make one myself instead,plus the screens i got from them were head rest screens the things fell out of their mounting but my subs i bought were pretty good and my 4-way speakers are also
