I have not had a good experience with this business. My insurance company recommended them. The first thing they wanted to do was knock holes in my bathroom wall. I stopped them from doing that and insisted they start where the leak was coming from and work their way back to troubleshoot. They dried up my water damage and provided a quote to my insurance co for the extraction and the estimated cost to fix. . I waited for them to get back with me on when the work would be done. 7 days I waited with a huge hole in my roof for them to repair it. I finally decided to go with someone else. I told the owner and thought that was the end. About a week and a half later I called my insurance company and they reminded me to get my money back since the company had not done 100 percent of the job (they only extracted the water, they didn't repair the hole in my roof). I was surprised. It turned out that they were suppose to reimburse me nearly a thousand dollars. I called the company and they told me they had to do research into how much they had to pay me back. This was bull because they provided written statements to my insurance company. Simple math was the only research needed. I called them out on this. Their tune changed and they said they would drop the check off the next day. The next day came and went. No check. So I called the following day and was told that the 'corporate office' had to cut the check. I was given a number to the corporate office which ended up being the guy who air dried my roof's cell phone number. I am still waiting on my money. If you can afford to lose a thousand dollars or more please feel free to use this company.
