I love my roof- the color, the material, and the quality of the workmanship. The workers took the time to answer a lot of my dumb questions, were respectful. and took the time to clean up daily. The process only took 3 days. It did not pass inspection because the city put some dumb requirements to bring it up to current code. That took a little longer. I blame the city for any delays in completion. I am pleased with the results and Simplicity Roofing and Construction.
