I visited the store in Westerly RI. The girl in charge was so rude to a customer in front of me in line and to the other employee working with her that I put the 3 pairs of shoes and a pocket book back and promptly left the store never to return. I did find out the employees name and it is Christine. Never had a seen such unprofessionalism. She was not only rude, but treated the nice girl who waited on me with such disrespect I was appalled that she had a position of authority. Remember, this person reflects your business. As long as Christine is employed by your store, myself, family and friends will shop elsewhere.
