We called Willy the day before to schedule the appointment to have our house cleaned as a Move Out Cleaning Service. Willy explained that they were thorough and detailed. We described the house as two story, 2137 sq ft, 3 bedroom 2.5 bath rental home. He promised a 4 hour cleaning window and $145 charge before taxes.

Our appointment was set for 11:30 a.m., they had ONE appointment before us. We have a home security set up at our house so we get notifications with any activity. When they hadn't showed up by noon, I called Willy. He said that his crew decided to have lunch and that they would be getting started soon. Willy called and texted me at 4 pm stating that he wrote our address wrong and needed the right address. Once that was givin, he got started.
Our property manager made contact 6 hours later and notify that the areas that needed addressed were untouched and the house smelled worse than before they started. Willy had an excuse for everything! Poor company. DON'T HIRE.

This guy is a con! Do not use him. He is not dependable in spite of the b.s. he claims. Then he won't answer the phone after he is 3.5 hours late doing the job. God help this piece of poop! Shame on him for taking advantage nate of struggling military families . He broke stuff in the house and wants to allegedly replace stuff with cheaper products. He gives wrong address for his business won't send carpet cleaning invoice which housing requires. Terrible terrible. God help him

I wish i could give 0 stars. This person cost me 500 dollars more. I paid this person 220 for a terrible job. His initial quote was 190. First he was 5 hours late, then the carpet cleaning is not professional, i did not recieve an invoice for a professional service, also threw away parts of my stove, and parts of my refrigirator and stole items from my home. The job was not complete. I did not pass final inspection. He Charged 100 dollars more than my original quote. Being military i called the military police and filed a report. He had no identification at all when the police asked him for one. He left his equipment in my home, came back the next day with some man who had a loaded weapon and started trying have an argument with my husband while getting very aggresive. I instantly asked them to leave. Please do not use this person.

The one thing I DIDNT like was they arrived an hour late HOWEVER they did call me twice to let me know they would be late.

They arrived and I received a thorough walk through of my house & they told me exactly how everything would be cleaned ... They also asked me if there were specific things that needed to be cleaned . They told me an amount & the amount was 100% accurate except after taxes it was a little more ... But that's to be expected. I left my house and returned around the time they told me it would be finished & they did an AMAZING job! Everything was cleaned so thoroughly & it smelt great! I also got my carpet shampooed by them & after they looked like new ! Also again the house smelt FANTASTIC !! There customer service was amazing pricing was fair and they stood by their word that I would be 100% satisfied and I must say that I completely am!! Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a thorough MOVE OUT inspection ready clean!!!

Same thing happen to me. They quoted the house for full services, then we they arrived they charge at least 65 extra. They did not clean the entire house. I called the next day and still no one came to finish the job. Now no one will answer or respond to any text messages. I requested my money back for the half cleaning job. They are not professional at all.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company scheduled a time to complete the job they were paid to do and have not made it to the times they scheduled to clean the yard. They have been paid, and now they won't answer phone calls to reimburse or reschedule. They did a sub standard job cleaning the floors in the house which was my main concern and the front yard still has weeds. Horrible experience and I have reported their company to the FTC
