This is at Rich Beem office now. My appointment was at 1:30 , they didn't take me until 3:05, not one sorry word for a long wait. The nurse checked my pulse, blood pressure, weight... then she asked me if I want a tetanus shot. I said I had it last year, she said " No, you didn't" I asked her to check further pages in my medical record, she did and said "oh yeah you did". I was so shock with her performing. The doctor was just rush in and out, he didn't even know what I was there for, I told him I had an appointment with him for a blood result, he didn't have the result in his chart so he asked the nurse went look for it. Needless to say this is my last time there.

They said they closed at 7pm unless patient load is low and so to call ahead...called them at 550pm, they said they were still open, told them i was on my wasy, got there 15 minutes later and they were closed.

I waited 2.5 hours before leaving. It was extremely busy and the receptionist was rude.
