Took my wife's Mercedes in the morning and they did a good job for what I was paying, exterior only wash. So I took my truck in the afternoon. I can't say the wash was bad but that is not the issue. As I was looking over the vehicle, while still on the property, I noticed a brand new shiny dent. The key is shiny. Freshly exposed metal. And not extremely large but very noticeable. I pointed it out to the person showing me the truck for my inspection. He got the assistant manager Alex Soto who proceeded to tell me it was impossible that it happened there and that I was free to call the police. I told him that was a little extreme and that the damage was not a criminal matter but that didn't mean it wasn't worthy of me filing a claim. The owner then came over and told me it wasn't possible to have happened at their car wash. I explained to him that I had just walked around to that side of the truck to take off the antenna and I would have noticed the mark. It wasn't there prior and this is a new truck to me. This was the first time I got it washed. There are other minor dings although none so bad that I have exposed metal. He told me that I brought the truck there because it was dirty so I probably thought it was dirt before!!! He showed me some of the other marks and said one was probably caused by a tie down on the bed of the pickup. What does that have to do with a freshly made paint removing dent on the front side of truck? I wasn't complaining about other minor dings, only the new one. So my main complaint is the owner calling me a liar when he could obviously see this was a brand new dent. If I had concerns before about this car wash I would not have taken two vehicles there that day. I off and on I have taken my cars there for over 20 years. I think they do a fine job cleaning the vehicles but to completely disregard my concerns is a horrible practice. Instead of investigating or asking any of his employees about it the response is to just say "we didn't do it and if you say we did you are a liar".

Unprofessional Management! I went to this Carwash location for the very first time today to have my vehicle washed because someone had highly recommended this place. WRONG!!! They do not clean your vehicle properly and they also break things on your vehicle and then say that they are not responsible for the damage they caused even after they admit to doing it. The manager is also very unprofessional when it comes to dealing with customer service issues. Even after explaining to him what occurred and after he investigated and determined they were at fault he reverts back to the old " We are not responsible for damage to your property" sign and gets aggressive with the customer. Fortunately for me my GoPro recorded the entire incident. Take your vehicle to a reputable location where you and your property are valued and respected. I highly recommend Mister Carwash!

I will NOT go back to this car wash. After being long time customer (2 cars washed on average a month for the past 12 yrs), I was today treated VERY rudely by the apparent 2d in command, who said if I didn’t like what he said, I could go back on Tues and see the "GM” or owner Ron - like I have the time to do that! This 2d in command chided me in front of other customers and his crew, telling me "not to ask them to move my car to the shade to wipe off the windows" as otherwise they will streak (everyone who has ever washed a car in the sun knows that). He yelled "don't ask them to move" my car into the shade again. When I told him I was a long time customer, he said, "I don’t care, I've been here 11 years." He rudely said he had "seem me and told me this before". I told him that I had never met him before (the crew and foreman seem to turnover every month). He was arrogant and acted like they did not need my money. I assume that meant he was the owner's son so it didn't matter that I didn't like their service and implied that if I didn’t like what he said, I could just go somewhere else. I told one of the crew when I left that the old adage, the "customer is always right" didn't apply to this place and they would never see me again. I feel sorry for the young people that have to work in this place. (Signed) A dissatisfied former long time customer.

I called to request pricing and was only answered in a rude manner and yelling, after requesting for info several times, this guy Ruben hung up on me several times. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! All the 1 star reviews are real!

I was a loyal customer for many years, until one day they broke off my side view mirror. I attempted to come to a settlement with the owner Mr. Tapia, however, to no avail. I was very disappointed with his customer service, he wasn't present when the damage occurred, however, he didn't even bother to look at the damage, he just absolved his business from any responsibility. He blamed everyone else but his business. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. If they accidentally break something, the owner refuses to fix it.

I just moved back to town and was looking for a car wash. I saw Premier, they were in the area I liked. I saw the reviews. I decided to check them out.

I just want to say THANK YOU PREMIER - you know what customer service is all about. Not only did I get a squeaky clean car, I also got a special issue resolved & with a smile. The guys are friendly and efficient and all for a reasonable price. They got my business for certain!

This is one of the greatest car wash services around the whole country! I take four of my cars there every week (10+ years now I believe) and they have done an outstanding job every time! I would recommend giving them a try because they will not disappoint!

Not sure why other reviewers are giving 1 Star.... I think people only come on to make poor remarks. They do a great job!!! Very friendly, never had any trouble with them and we have used the rain policy no problem

I have been a long time customer of Premier Car Wash. I would get my car wash there weekly or bi-weekly. in the beginning they would wash the outside real nice for only six dollars. Just yesterday i went in to have my usual exterior car wash. well it turns out it rained that night. so today i go back because most car washes have a rain check policy. In which i thought i wouldn't have any problems because it had been less than 24 hours since i had it washed. No what they straight out told me is that i needed to spend more MONEY for them to give me a rain check. which is B.S. Oh and by the way it was very slow not one car was getting washed in the place at the time that i went. and they tell me that if i would have gotten armor all on my tires they would have done it. BUT they charge you another six dollars to put armor all on just for tires, now thats a rip off if you ask me. They should at least tell you before you get a wash that you need to spend a certain amount of money to get a rain check. i was a loyal customer to this place a little loyalty back would have been nice. this place is on the decline. Never again will i go to that place.

I'd say not to go that car was...

I'd say not to go that car wash is to expensive and they dont even do a good job they leave your car all full of water spots and they also steal your personal belongings and when you go try to talk to management about the missing items and the service on your car or truck they always tell you that the manger is not in yet, to come back another day. also if you are planning on asking them for a job i dont reconmend it to anyone because they tell you that it's only going to be a part-time job but they make you work a full eight hour shift on the weekends and only pay you as part-time, also they only give you a 15 minute lunch and you cannot leave the car wash. SO I DON'T RECONMMEND THIS CAR WASH TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
