If I could give zero stars, i'd definitely do it. I have taken my two mix breed dogs to them over the last 2 years. Their services has slowly dwindled. I recently had a terrible experience with them. I called before taking them, hoping they would be able to accommodate them in their day, the man stated " yes bring them in". After i dropped them off, i waited for their call. Once i realized it had been 5 hours, i called. The man was irritated that I was calling stating: " i tell everyone, its a long wait". I would have definitely not taken my dogs in that day If i would have known it was going to take 5 hours. On top of it all, he wanted me to wait 1 more hour to have them ready. I asked the man to stop servicing them and i would go pick them up. Once i arrived, he held them hostage until i paid full cost. He (identified himself as the owner Luis) was holding one of my dogs with a leash very tight around her neck hurting her. My dog was crying and even peed on me as i was trying to protect her. He called the cops and accused me of not wanting to pay, I was ok with paying for the services they had already received like a cut and shampoo, but not the entire price. I ended up paying $64 (full price) in order for the owner of the shop to let go of my other dog. I was completely shaken and could not believe what had just happened. I discourage everyone to NOT take their dogs here.

RED ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been taking my now 14 yr old chow here for 3 yrs and have been very happy with her grooming UNTIL TODAY!!! WE PICKED HER UP SHE HAD BEEN DRUGGED! Totally lip.... and no getting any info fro owner for vet...just denial... UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!



UPDATE...well, it is the following morning and my poor dog can not walk... she was obviously injured somehow and lost use of her rear legs... I suspect this is why she was sedated... anyway, I wish they would at least tell me what happened... call after call the owner tells me she's old and was like this when we brought her in yesterday morning. Taking her to the vet... knowing we will have to put her down... heartbroken.... beside myself

I have a big schnauzer and they did a good job, they even picked him up and delivered him for me.
