Provided by YP.comWent in for an oil change, which is supposed to come with complimentary tire rotation and all point inspection. The inspection sheet (where they check fluid levels, tire pressure, battery, etc) was never filled out. I noticed once I got home that my tires were not rotated (the front two had plenty of brake dust, while back was clean when I went in, same when I left).
They also tried to tell me I needed a new timing belt, even though I had just got one a few thousand miles ago and know it is in new condition. Makes me wonder if I even got the oil (synthetic) that I paid for. WILL NOT be going back to this Pep Boys.
