Terrible business. Fine is almost 10x the per-hour charge for less than one hour over. Plus, the computerized pay station does not even tell you what their fine system is. I called and the lady on the other end says "call me back Monday".

frauds and poor hiring practices. They do not man their lot in times of low usage but they will surely ticket you for 5 times the amount of the parking. Pretty poor business practice to charge people when they aren't around to allow them to pay in the first place.
