My grandmother who is elderly took her poodle here. She used to take her here all the time but stopped when she decided to groom her poodle herself. As she got older in age she had to stop so took her here today. When she picked up her dog they charged her $92 for just a small cut and a bath(my grandmother previously cut her poodles hair but due to arthiritis it was chopping so asked them to fix this). All other places in El Paso charge like a fourth of the price. They used to only charge $25 but I guess because it was a alow business day they took advantage of an elderly woman. Havent spoken to the owner but from past reviews looks like she can be tough. I will raise hell in the El Paso dog community and protest if the owner doesnt pay my grandmother bacl and apologize. I WILL NEVER TAKE OUR PETS HERE NOR DO I RECOMMEND IT!!! Gonna submit complaits to the city, BBB and comsumer watch.

I've been taking my puppy there for about 3 years now. They are great and always do such a great job on my baby.

My very old Maltese has a collapsed trachea. They have always taken great care of him when grooming him.

My husband been taking my dog to pampers pet for 2 years now. She looks beautiful and smells fresh and clean when she comes home; the looks speak for itself, cleaning wise, just because she smells good doesn't mean she's cleaned well. Other than that, she has pretty bows in her ears, though when I remove these bows she has big bumps where the rubber band is placed on her ears. This happened twice, but she doesn't seem aware of this nor does it seem like it bothers her. My husband still brings her there, but I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone because of this.

The owner yelled at my pregnant wife. That should be an indication of how deficient she is as a human being. We used them over the holidays and had no issue picking up our dog at 8 p.m. Now, because the business has no posted hours customers are expected to jump at their whim. Idiotic lady (except no lady would have treated my wife in the manner that she did) berated my wife because she had to stay at her businesd until 4 p.m. for a customer. If you want to be treated like a child and give your money to a harpy who doesn't give a damn about you or your pet then this business is for you.

Unbelieveably rude, will NOT take walk-ins unless willing to pay Hollywood prices.

Horrible customer service, as per employee "we are no longer taking walk-ins, we want to leave early today" Very good way to send customers elsewhere.

good job when the owner was involved.
