I was arrested for a minor offense that was seriously overcharged by the D.A. Mr. Morales failed to link what my mental disability was like at the time of the charged conduct, and how this limited my reasoning and judgment. He didn't stress the certainty and severity of my impairment at the time of the incident in an effort to persuade the judge to aquit, dismiss or reduce the charge to fit the crime. Now, I've lost the ability to support myself and retire from my chosen career.
