I wish this allowed -0- stars. What a horrific experience and HUGE waste of time.
The "staff" is very rude, unprofessional, condescending and worst of all the office manager Valerie lies.
Long story short, when I explained the laws about my service dog she went from "show me proof" to "the dr will collapse!" to "the dr's in surgery".
So a room full of people, a backroom packed like sardines with clients, but the Dr is in surgery?

I found nothing to complain about this Dental office deserves better reviews. You can get an appointment quickly,. you can discuss what you want with the dentist . the wait time is small. the staff is helpful. Cavities are not expensive but be prepared to spend a lot of money if you have major work to be done . There are more expensive dentists in the area if you want. Dr. Omar Siddiqui seems very good to me you can see his credentials on display in the waiting area. Be prepared , check with your Ins carrier first, know your coverage and what is not covered. I found a treatment on my estimate that seemed very expensive and I asked at the front desk about , I was told it is a " suggested " treatment for a condition I have. I would recommend this Dentist and office to my friends .

Stay away from this business. Each time we visited the dentist announces some sort of doomsday scenario, that is much more expensive than the insurance coverage.
We have changed dentists, and the new dentist reaffirmed our suspicions of Monarch Dental. All of our x-rays have revealed that we do not need the dental work--implants, etc,, that were recommended by Monarch Dental.

Let me start off and let you know that the dentist and the dental assistants are great. The service is horrible at the front desk. My insurance picked Monarch dentist for us and we really have no other options until we can switch our insurance. I paid 900 for a crown, they claim my insurance paid 50% that would mean they charge 1800 for a crown. It takes a month to get the crown on and you are stuck with a painful temp for way too long. I tried to change my appointment but they did not have anything available for 3 months (this sounds excessive to me). I felt myself begging for an appointment, but with no response. The office staff does not return phone calls and it isdifficult to contact someone local. I look forward to going to another dentist that ""is not doing me any favors"". Good luck if you go here!

The dental hygienist are marvelous, and i do not think they get paid enough for their hard work. it is amazing that they can do their job so efficiently and yet be so pleasant and cheerful and answer all patients questions.

I have had to receive emergency care on several occasions and every time Monarch dental has been there for me with the upmost respect, attention and professionalism. I like very much the way the office answers their phone by letting you know how they can make a difference for you just by calling. I am defenitly a long time patient and certainly will make referrals. I thank the staff and especially the doctor for all their help and care most sincerely. Thank you.

I have visited many dental offices, and this was the best! Every staff member was courteous and informative. It has been a pleasant experience and will continue to return.

A nightmare scenario--sitting in the dentists chair with your mouth wide open and being told that you have no options but an outrageous bill. I overhead the same comments to other patients. Mediocre work at best.

Read about Monarch dental on other websites. Their scam is to give you a deep cleaning, and charge you twice as much as other dentists. They also will tell you your fillings are cracked and need replacing. They will then give you covenient pay plans to cover what your insurance won't. BEWARE!! In my case, all of the above. And on top of that, they told me my insurance covered the majority of deep cleaning. After they performed the service, they ""found out"" they were not actually a ""provider"" under my insurance, so I owed them and additional $400. Trust me, all these scams were confirmed by my new dentist, who said I did not need the deep cleaning or new fillings. Stay away, go somewhere else!
