QUICK, EASY, & CONVENIENT!!! IT DOES NOT GET ANY BETTER THAN THAT!!! I WAS VERY SATISFIED IN THE SERVICE AS WELL AS THE STAFF SO MUCH THAT THIS IS THE ONLY LOCATION THAT I WILL TRAVEL TO. I RECEIVED GOOD SAVING OFFERS FROM THIS LOCATION AS WELL AS HELPFUL TIPS, I WAS HELPED ON MANY OCCASIONS BY A GENTLEMAN BY THE NAME OF ERICK BECKS HE DETAILED MY CAR TO PERFECTION I WAS DISAPPOINTED TO GO THERE LAST WEEK AND FIND OUT HE IS NO LONGER THERE. AS LONG AS THEY KEEP FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF LIKE MR. BECKS I WILL CONTINUE TO GO THERE.

This place is terrible. The only reason I gave it two stars is because I hate having to wash my car. First of all they're liars. They told I could have a membership for a one time fee of 19.99. But it's actually monthly. Also they're thieves. The first time, they stole so r very important information I needed to buy a car. The second time they stole 100 dollars from my glove compartment. I usually lock it , but I didn't this time so I guess it's partially my fault. Safe to say I will never return

This is for the Gateway Blvd location. This was our second time going here. The first time they did awesome, but the second time they did absolutely terrible! We asked for our truck to be washed, vacuumed, SEATS & carpets shampooed & the inside wiped down. We told the lady that first helped us that we wanted them to be careful with our amp & showed them how it sits on the seats when they're folded up(so they could do the carpets with no problem). Well we left our back seats folded up & when we got our truck back we looked at it & folded the seats down to see that they hadn't even touched the seats. No vacuuming or shampooing at all. when we asked them about it they said "that's not what we ordered". I'm pretty sure I know what we ordered. Once we got home, we went out & lint rolled our seats to get the dog hair off & with further inspection found that they didn't even vacuum under the seats. There was still tons of dirt, change, dog hair & crumbs under there. I even called to talk to a manager & was on hold for 15 minutes, when I finally decided to hang up. So we paid $90.00 for a crap job. We won't be going back.
