Me and my husband only went her because the sign outside said zero percent finacing. We didn't even get through the door a s the pishy salesman attacked us.No wonder we were the only ones in there.We told them we were only looking as time went on my temper was getting shorter.Of course the first bed they tried to sell us was $8000 dollars r u kidding me.We finally setteled on a $ bed that was far less.They rude guy wouldnt even let us takk it over in private he was breathing down my neck.After all that they said they need a credit check urrg.That not what the sign said I have good credit but didn't feel like giving out my social to such a shady company.As I said no they treated my like a was a crazy women staring me down.I will nit be back.

Bought mattress for $1200 in their store on Sunland Park dr. in West El Paso.

Our experience:

- the salesperson didn't listen to our request, but was pushing for a mattress he thought we should buy (the most expensive one).

- he said if not satisfied we could return it, but "forgot" to say that once we buy it we can only exchange it.We never tried to exchange, particularly after reading all those bad reviews and experiences from other costumers with this company.

- the mattress started sagging on one side after only a month. You can read on the website of Sally Posturpedic that sagging is normal, saggin of more than 1 inch!!! No, DO NOT TELL ME that sagging is natural, especially not for more than 1 inch? It is not!!! That is an excuse from the mattress companies for their very bad quality mattresses they sell for big bucks. I, myself, had slept on a good quality spring mattress for more than 10 years, and there was no, I repeat NO sagging at all.

- there is a real posibility (although I am can not support this with evidence) that they sold us a returned item. Why do I make such a conclusion? It sags only on one side, the side where I, a lighter person sleep. We are both 150 and 140 pounds, we are not heavy people. Google and you will find other costumers who can confirm that they got used mattress.

- never tried to return the mattress. What for? To get another one that will start sagging even faster? We don't want to spend time and money on arguments.

I DO NOT recommend to anyone to go there. Actually I would recommend it to my enemies.
