I was unbelievably tense. A combination of the holidays, family and pet illnesses, work pressure, and financial worries had stressed me almost to the point of illness. A friend recommended Rachel as being not only competent and professional, but sensitive to the ways that life can sometimes undo us.



I was not disappointed. Rachel has created a delightful and relaxing spa-like atmosphere which is beautifully decorated without being too feminine. Anyone, male or female, would find it charming. She is so gentle, and she just smooths away the knots of tension.



After an hour of treatment, I honestly felt ten years younger, and I was convinced that I had made an investment in both my mental and physical health.



I would recommend Rachel to anyone who wants an experience that leaves them feeling both refreshed and energized. She is the best.

I live about 25 miles from Rachel & she definitely made it worth the trip. I often go to spas for my massages & I can honestly say she competes with them with both the price & service. I will definitely be returning for many more massages.

I thought it would be helpful to do a follow up review for those of you who might be skeptical. I completed my fourth visit this week. Can I tell a difference? Definitely!



I sit long hours in front of a computer at work. I have noticed much less pain in my wristsand my upper back no longer goes numb during the day. I am experiencing less pain overall due to the RA. Since I am experiencing less pain, I seem to have more energy and have been able to start working out more often. I am also taking less pain medication.



I strongly recommend giving massage therapy a try if you are expericing any type of constant pain, whether it be RA, work, or sports related.



As for Rachel, she is very attentive, answers your questions, and explains what she is doing and why.

Rachel is nothing less than professional and knowledgeable as a therapist. I suffer from a particular type of RA. The message I received helped relieved the pain without being a painful experience.



Rachel sets a relaxing atmosphere with soft background music and nature sounds. The use of aroma is pleasant wtihout being overbearing. The surroundings are clean..very clean, which is important to me.



Definitely Five Stars......I'll be making another appointment!

I was under the impression that a massage was going to be a bad experience for me, the fact being that I am very in secure about being touched by a complete stranger. Boy was I wrong… I cannot believe I do not do this more often. Not only did Rachel make sure that I was comfortable, she explained everything she was going to do, that way I knew exactly what to expect.

The atmosphere was so relaxing and the massage was even more so. She has relaxing music that takes you away. The aroma of the oils she uses just smell so wonderful and they feel so nice after she is done. She also gave me a facial that seems to have taken about ten years off my face (No joke).

So if you are felling stressed or just need a little more energy, I recommend that Rachel does what she does best… MAKE YOU FEEL NEW AGAIN!!!
