I just got an app that lets me keep better track of car maintenance/repairs, since this is something I've struggled with. Anyway, I had kept all my old paperwork and so I was finally putting it all in one place. I noticed that I had gotten my power steering flushed by them (at their urgent recommendation) when I had actually gotten it done less than 15,000 miles previously. Experts on Angie's List disagree on their recommendations (75k-100k vs 30k-60k), but either way still WAY later than when they offered it to me. That's $73 I just "flushed" (no pun intended) down the drain. I don't appreciate being taken advantage of.



Also, they take forever. I have gone for multiple oil changes because it is on my way home, and it always takes way longer than promised. Stay away from these guys.

I came to get an oil change at this location, and ended up getting a damaged side panel to my car. No one wants to take responsibility for the damage, owner said no video cameras were showing anything, (Coincidence??) and supposably I did damage to my own car. Get real. No one go to this location, unless you want a damaged car, and staff who can get you things "fixed on the side".
